Were you withdrawing in USD or CAD? It's my understanding that USD
currency wires (regardless of destination) are disabled right now. So you need to convert to another currency before initiating the withdraw request.
Here's what Paxum says when I try to withdraw via wire (in USD) to an Australian bank account:
USD Wire Withdrawals to your location have been made temporarily unavailable as we cannot guarantee USD Wire delivery in a timely manner to your region. Please add a bank account in your local currency or in EUR to ensure prompt arrival to your bank account.
