I think there is some confusion here. There is no monthly maintenance fee in place, however if you do not perform any transactions inside your Paxum account within a 180 days period (6 months), AND ONLY if there is a remaining account balance, then the system will automatically charge $5 USD maintenance fee at that time, and once per month every subsequent month of zero transactions. We clearly state this on our FEES page, and it has been in place for well over a year.

Can you please clarify if payments received from others like an affiliate program within 180 days count as a transaction inside my Paxum account or do I have to make a withdrawl from my account every 180 days to avoid fee? Those are the only two types of transactions that occur in my account.
