My concern is the privacy aspect of this. I don’t want my email sold to a site or sites featuring my fetishes. I’m not going to illegal or immoral sites but I’m a legal adult wanting to view legal porn.
I’m researching specific fetish sites for a website project. I “might” need addresses of illegal websites and research and fetish via the sites. Now will I have to hire people to go to potentially illegal sites to research for me? I’m not keen on affecting the lives of people wanting to help or earning a bit of cash.
The other option is to have the sponsor provide the information I need/want. “Hi, I need all the facts and information on your xxxx sites. I need this for my xxxxxx website. I can’t visit the site because it’s illegal content in most of the USA.” Sounds too paranoiac, too entrapable, too psychotic.
But, could I be prosecuted for promoting the illegal content? Do I need to establish an address in Switzerland or Denmark? You can’t hide.
And, who defines illegal content? A jury of Christian and Lutheran followers who think anal sex is illegal and immoral and group sex should be illegal? White people that think black and white sex partners is illegal?
It makes you think.
