Not exactly the same thing, but have you ever tried CBD oil? I use it every night before bed, (Few Drops under tongue for 1 min then swallow) and while it hasn't exactly given me 'perfect sleep', I've not been as aware of waking up and being restless as I am without it.
I know I'm still waking up etc from my sleep tracker, but I'm just not aware of it as much with CBD
