I know ST:TMP has its problems... but I don't know.. I think I've seen it 25 times over the years on TV / DVD whatever... but seeing it on the big screen again is just "cool" to me. Can't wait.

No, George Takei is still alive. (I met him in person at Comicon Montreal a few years ago..awesome dude). Walter Koenig, Nichelle Nichols and others are still kicking too.
