I am not selling (yet) but would look at some sort of equity position. Have a VOD site with about 7 to 10 K / month with all OUR original content. Income steady for past 10 years.
Also own 50,000 sq foot film studio ( 4 stages) in Czechia, also NOT selling (yet), just thinking of retirement. Your checkbook likely would not be big enough for the real estate. Would be looking into 7 figures starting with 2.
