Since I'm trying to keep the site HQ with the best models possible, I do not accept all of them. In fact, I actually only hire maybe 1 out of 20 most of the time. The girls that apply are usually a "7" or "8" in terms of looks, but I'm actually only hiring 9's and 10's.
So for the ones that get denied (nicely) via email, I offer for them to check out ManyVids (I provide a blog post full review of Many Vids I wrote for them to read over. It's about a 5 min read with a plethora of information and graphics, all organized well with my affiliate link embedded throughout the post). Conversions have been okay'ish. I've generated about $250.00 in revshare, which is not great. I would like to send these denied models to a different offer to monetize them more efficiently with a higher CR.
If you were in my shoes with 30 applicants/day, where would you point them to for a similar offer? Thanks in advance.

With that kind of volume, I would suggest creating a studio account with the various sites, under which you will sign up the models. Since most have no clue how to market themselves, partner up with one of the more successful cam models, who will help vent and educate them. We can do this for you, but honestly you can do this on your own.
