Seems near impossible to transfer names away from Scamdaddy these days.
And I know of no other registrar that demands $80 to recover expired names in grace, or charges their general renewal fees.
For some unknown reason, a lot of domainers (i.e. domain squatters) insist on using Scamdaddy.
And yes, NameCheap is the best, I've been using them for years.
