it depends in what GEO ,what device, what monetisation concept....
actually the biggest players are not in all cases the best as they do have already the most customers in their database and it is unusual that a users signs up twice in the same program.
i can see fresh programs with also other landingpages and concepts doing mostly A LOT better.
