Just do it manually with the big 5 sites or so. The smaller/medium ones aren't worth the effort unless very niche.
As an example, we uploaded the same vids manually to lots of tubes sites and the big 5 sent an average of 41.3 sales each ($30-$100 joins) over a 90 day period from approx 30 different uploads.
The rest of the smaller/medium tubes sites sent an average 0.4 sales.
Even the big tubes now aren't what they used to be as there is so much being uploaded but there is a huge difference between the big boys and the wannabees.
