Answer: Yes, but make sure your battery is fully charged. And more importantly please use some common sense like not flying your infant over a lake or interstate. Error on the side of caution and don't take your baby too high; keep it to 2 stories max. And always make sure they wear their helmet.

I had mixed results. The first attempt went well and we had a perfect landing although it was in my neighbor's rose bush. Not to worry, the drone had only minor damage. The baby has two eyes so he won't miss one. The second attempt was equally successful until the baby stuck his fingers into the propellers. I have to go now. My wife is going to be home in 20 minutes and I have to clean the wounds before she gets here and starts talking about going to the ER. see less

Despite what other reviews have posted about having issues, I've had no problem lifting infants with my Phantom. It's actually the only reason I purchased the drone as I have a small family owned infant transport business based out of Clarksburg, WV. We've been running infants twice daily for the past 6 months with only 2 serious incidents and my Phantom is still running strong. Perhaps other reviewers received their drones before the IGS (Infant Gyro Stabilizer) upgrade. Either way, all new models should be good to go according to my sister wife. see less
