As of Midday today, approx 3 mins ago, I have not had so much as a drop of Alcohol, any Illegal Drugs, nor even a cigarette for FIVE FUCKING YEARS!
I have of course taken drugs that were medically prescribed by my Doctor but thats all. Nothing else ! Zero Zip Nana...
And I've done it all myself too. On my own. No support groups or 12 step programs etc... As such thats why I don't really have anyone else to tell about it... Except for you lucky guys !
