frozen vegetables are not 'sodium-laden' mess. and if they are you are buying the wrong ones.

also worthless in a survival situation as if there is no power how long is that going to stay frozen? generators are a bandaid and short sited, using them for a freezer isn't a good idea. any dried foods work and whether they have 'sodium-laden' ingredients in it or not means absolutely nothing when it comes to staying alive now does it?
