I use to eat a lot of 700 calorie frozen meals like Marie Calendar but now I heat Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine frozen meals that are under 300 calories. I do 2 chef salads per week. I also drink 3 or 4 bottles of water a day. I cut out soft drinks totally.
When I drink I mix it with Diet Cranberry Juice witch is only 5 calories per drink.
I do have 2 cheat days. Monday I do MCD for lunch when I go in for groceries. Then Fridays I order a small pizza and 10 hot wings.
