I got this today, from India. They told it was "technical support" and there was a problem with my computer. I was like "Which one - I have six computers and four laptops". After two minutes of trying to figure out whcih computer it was, they decided to tell me an IP was illegally hitting my server. I was like "My server? So it's not my computer, it's my sever, which is located in Atlanta. Why didn't you call them first". Two more minutes later I finally told them that I have a college degree in computers and that I could talk circles around them.
