If you are in Europe contact Ruth to fix your problem as you are suppose to get a SEPA card. If not you do like me and wait forever for a new card solution.
I will not wire to my bank, 2 years ago after I did this, my bank informed me right after that "they could no longer thrust me". Paxum had sent me a wire using a 3rd party service that was on the blacklist of my bank at that time.
