I emailed 3 people from the 'team' (Frank, Sarah, Sean) and also the generic 'support' email after logging in and seeing the lack of any promo material. I never heard back from anyone and now my account redirects to a 404 when I try to login. Could someone just answer an email? Do I really have to install Skype just to get an answer?
