We are hoping for resolution but I don't have an update on that at this time.
In the meantime Paxum Bank has already been approved for its own UPI license (unionpay) as a principal issuer. We are now in the next step of the process which is integrating into Card Platforms and Card Printers. This isn't a quick process as certification is not done overnight, but we anticipate this will be finished within 4-6 months and then we will be issuing cards directly ourselves.

you are saying this after 6 months !! we know it was not api issue but you said it will take weeks to fix, classic reply from paxum that bet on customers memory !! so this little bank created all this problems

. good luck with licence but i don't think 5-10 people print 1000's cards in short time , maybe you mean by Aug 2020 paxum will send first card .
paxum is the only player in adult ,epayments is russian EMI working with money laundering bank rietumu , i don't trust real account with them .
