Seems like someone else in the support ticket have jump in and rephrase their last ticket with a better explanation of whats wrong , so i uploaded again my utilities bills in their system thats all they said they need . ( i did that already previously but what ever

)
But i have to say sunday Morning 7am Getting support ticket replied with in 30 - 60 min each is an interesting thing ya know
