Here how the scam going, Buyer buy Large amount of traffic with bank issue Credit card.
Once the transaction go through he set up his campaign and start receiving traffic.
The same day He filled a charge back for non authorise transaction (NOT with paypal but with his bank).
So 3 - 4 weeks goes by.....
Finally
Oct 5 Paypal charge back our account
So I have provide paypal evidence of the client receive the service he pay for ( Screen shot stats of traffic etc... ) will see how this goes.
We are in very good standing with Paypal We dont Ever have charge back, so there is a good chance we will win this shit
