I made a small mistake in my original post.
At the time of filing the charges the prosecution asked the court to seal the case due to the chance that defendants would hear about it before arrest and leave the country. Document 2, 10/10/19. That was granted and is why copy of indictment I posted says "Sealed" across it
Later, the prosecution, after arrests made, they moved the court to "unseal" entire case file, that has been granted but document are not yet available.
In these cases some of the most interesting documents are the Search Warrant Affidavit (sworn statement by FBI agents detailing the entire investigation) and the warrant itself.
They should become available soon. Maybe overnight, maybe not until court opens Tuesday. But soon and I'll post at that time.
Suffice it to say - GDP is going to have a tough time, and with some guys in custody and one on the run, they'll likely be unable to keep things running smooth.
