Been having some playback issues while editing in adobe premiere cc 2019 or 2018.. The program won't let me scrub through like before and freezes while the audio continues. I can't find a resolve for this. I went to the adobe boards for solutions and nothing they say works. I was thinking maybe I should switch to DaVinci. What do those who edit there own stuff have to say. I have years on adobe..Hate to swith. But...
