Yes and no. It's depend how bad you need to come here
Exemple 1: they want to look up your cell phone, if you refuse you get denied entry and possibly more trouble to get in at a later time.
Exemple 2: If you let them look up your phone there is a good chance you can continue your trip as plan unless of a suden discovery in your device they don't like.
I think same goes for your PC, Laptop, etc...
Do they need a Warrant at border ? .... They will tell you Get out of here and Flight back from where your from LMAO
