Canadians are hilarious in this respect. They insult each other, in Toronto they go on and on about the damn French Canadians, how many reps they have in government, similar to the Hutus and the Tutsis in Rwanda. To an American it's like listening to two different varieties of Episcopalians - they look alike, speak two different patois versions of European languages, but they assign each other all the countries' problems.
