We have contactsd our merchant bank and ask for some information and waiting. Decline ration has gone high and approval has gone down and this all started at the start of this month.
One very important question here....
Transaction has been declined by main processor due to a reason transaction not allowed to card holder or invalid transaction but backup processor like epoch ccbill or zombiao has approved the transaction... how come? If transaction not allowed to one then how come allowed to other?
