You guys have it all wrong. I get it on a long journey, but on your day to day, you never hit a "gas station". At the end of the day, I just plug in my cars and watch tv...or work

. Sometimes I don't even charge them. So...when I do, where I live and hydro electric, non polluting electricity costs me about 50 cents a day, and I sit in traffic in total relaxing silence. No oil changes (oops the volt every three years), no fluids. The brakes last forever cause you hardly ever use them. Oh yeah, and the total satisfaction of driving by gas stations and not caring is priceless.
