What's going on with paypal?? It hasn't been like this a year before.
There's lots of complaints about declined cases on their community forum and on facebook as well.

PP Buyer Protection and support is a joke right now, so I've reached to the higher support level via facebook. It seems things are moving faster now. I'll keep you guys updated.
