there is no difference between CZ cities like Prague and Brno and the big eastern German cities like Leipzig, Dresden, Magdeburg. Actually quality of life (definitely) and average income (probably) are higher in CZ.
Village life is still different though.
but the eastern euro bride thing doesn't work here anymore for 10+ years.
Belarus, Georgia, Ukraine - need to go there.
