In civilized human society, if you chose to be in a person's life then the kids are part of the package.
Only a real alpha man (the human kind) can fulfill those duties.
When the kid is at my house I provide for her as my own. When she's at her dad's he does his thing.
You'd probably get small dick syndrome around a man who's slayed your wife in the past. That's not a thought for an alpha.
I also bring a kid to the table and the wife does her step mom thing as well.
