Bad idea. better is go for a random for domains. expired domains, co.uk. info. com. and some countries domains. de. es. etc.

you never know, it's best to wait for the domain to gain value - and several hundred pages from the site will be indexed.

YES. use various gmail accounts, use portable firefox and vpn etc.. fake name generators, buy yourself prepaid cards for activating accounts.

Nope. send to the bin. waste of time. Google bots do not enter such sites, (to be specific - technically they visit banned pages) so they are not linked, so the links are of no value.
