It is an attempt to boost support for Brexit before the election, it will likely work, but I don’t approve of the techniques employed.
Years ago they used to use tunnels for assassination, as there would be no independent cameras, it is a similar philosophy to using bridges now, where there are no shops, officers or houses with CCTV, allowing TPTB to control the narrative.
