I'm having the same same issues with
WPS Player. It's heading over to the fifth day now and he's not responding to my support tickets.
This guy kind of created a lot of products and he does not have a development team. This is just a loner and that is why the products have so many problems and he's not even making any effort to attend to tickets.
I think his strategy is just to sell. All those fake reviews on Trustpilot until you land on this forum and see the complaints.
