I'm an LT. In Russia you can't get an officer rank w/o spending a few years for that. Every officer in Russia has a high education - usually it at least 5 years after a high school. I don't want to say that my education is cool. Furthermore, I've forgot most of thing I've been learned to, but I still remember something and I know that a tactical nuke is much cheaper than any battle group with aircraft carriers, destroyers, cavalry etc. The most interesting thing that a cruise missile with a nuke can not be intercepted in a real life. Even if the God will take it off, the second one will find its target anyway...
