Had the same issue with them when they tried to charge me for a few more months at once after I decided to terminate the server, despite the fact that I have never signed a contract. The main reason for leaving them after a few months was a poor service. I remember it took them tens of tickets and close to a month to set up the server properly.
When I look at it from this perspective, I'm glad that happened, otherwise I would not be a happy customer of NatNet for years.
