You are wasting your time, as you said they are using proxies, and most likely it is a bot, not even a persorn.
If you took the links down, you already did all that had to be done. You canīt visit the links, it is illegal for you to do that. I would move on really, no different from being spammed with viagra sales, there isnīt anything you can do, just delete links and move on.
