So far, you are only asking what should you do and where to go next, so no company disrespect, no names...

I´d suggest to email their contact again, speak with them a final time to give the options that you will speak with epoch if you´re not paid and if nothing is done, then you would have no option other than to make it common knowledge, the way they deal with their affiliates.
