What's the newest scoop on TER and escort sites?
About a year ago many escort sites including fora, classifieds and review sites went either offline or in non-US mode. Many changed urls to .nl or .ch from .com due to last year's changes in US legislation that could hold websites accountable for trafficking.
I notice more and more of them are coming back online for the US audience. Lately, even Ther Erotic Review has come back to open its door for US punters again.
Have there been any lawcases that ruled in favour of existing websitess?
