If you're selling domains for $5,000+, don't sell them through GoDaddy. Go directly to Escrow.com GoDaddy has dropped the ball multiple times on $5,000+ sales that they routed through Escrow.com. First of all, buyers of privately listed domains for sale are given 30 days to pay, providing buyers with long periods of time to reconsider their purchases and back out. But with any GoDaddy expired auctions, buyers must pay within 48 hours. Two, buyers of premium domains are not verified. Anyone can bid on or enter buy it now transactions regardless of their creditworthiness. Lastly, their auction department does nothing to try to collect payments from the buyers other than send reminder emails to the buyers. WTF? Commissions are $1,000+ and no one can pick up the phone to call buyers to facilitate sales transactions?
Namesilo is fine if someone wants cheap registrations/renewals and doesn't need frequent customer support.
