Im glad all of yall are fine upstanding individuals with nothing to hide.
This has been exposed to the boards (at least the ones that would care about this individual) so that avenue has been taken.
All of yall laugh when someone jokes about putting a hit out on someone, why is this any different?
With the advice of the first few posted, I realized that this would be a grave and serious step, only to be taken in the most dire of circumstances. I just wanted the option and the knowledge of how to do it. Kinda like, all of us know that putting sugar in a gas tank will fuck with a car. How many of us have done it?
Yes, my taxes are completly in order. In fact, I didnt declare several exemptions that I could have. So, any audit will probably result in my getting more money, or them dropping the case.
I have not had knowledge of them hiding money for three years. I have recently found that information.
so, what other forms of "revenge" would be appropritate? Yes, I am a vengeful person, its in my nature to think of all the evil things that I could do to fuck someone over. However, I havent done any of them. None of them at all. (Well, I did one last night, I reported their paypal account)
We are currently in talks about pursing a legal issue, so I cant really disclose the details of what happened. However, the tax evasion would come out in the lawsuit, why not skip that step? Or, would I be less of a person had I not brought it to the board, and just brought it up in the lawsuit? (I.e. this individual counseled my friend on how exactly they were hiding their money)
Would it have been a lesser threat had I gone to CCBIll and explained how they were skirting the visa fees?
