When we started with Paxum we got a temporary card and have used this until the problems started with the cardprovider.
In october 2018 we ordered the new card and on Paxum it says that it was submitted on 24 october 2018, we also never got this card....
Now they are offering the UnionPay card, that what i see you cant't use in a lot of countries, so i don't know what they are doing, i would say, just provide us with a Master or Visa card.
The new webinterface is also not good working again, tried to make a banktransfer and that did't work, so i made a ticket about that and that also didn't work.
So i switched back to the old interface and there i could make the banktransfer.
More then a half year ago i had a discussion with Paxum and the cardprovider why the card was not working anymore, and they both blame the other that it was their problem, so an endless discussion with nothing comming out.
