No, it will be the name of the account-holder, not the business name.

If you don't see a card option then it's unlikely available for your region. I don't believe Chile supports Unionpay at this time.

No, Paxum Unionpay cards are not available for USA business clients.

Anyone using the Paxum APP (available for iOS and Android) can also login to the APP and order the card directly from the APP. It's very straightforward and if your account is eligible for the card then it will display right after you login:
