Yeah you're right, people don't want to buy memberships because they're worried about whether it might be next-to-impossible to cancel their subscription. (it usually is.)
OP could definitely get some good sales from people who want premium HD content but don't want to subscribe to a site like brazzers where once you give them your CC number they're gonna make it damn near impossible to unsubscribe.
OP, perhaps this is an angle/value-proposition that you could push hard--instead of "fuck memberships", maybe try to communicate: "worried about rebills? scared your membership will be impossible to cancel? Buy cheap premium HD clips here!". (But find a better more succinct way to say it
)
Still, I think it'll be hard for OP to find whales.
