I think it's ridiculous how the meaning of 'Pornstar' has changed since my wifes day. Back then, 'Pornstar' meant you had appeared in multiple Hardcore sex scenes, usually on DVD, but more importantly it suggested that if you had over 500+ Credits to your name, that porn companies deemed you enough of a 'star' and a saleable product to PAY you top dollar to shoot for them, over and over again, all of those different times.
These days, just flash your tits once on twitter, and you are officially a 'Pornstar'...
