Now I've stopped smoking cut back the coffee and go to gym/walk daily. Mr Lunchout became MrWorkout.
ExChef here I eat meat 1-2 times a week max, 4 seafood meals and at least 1 day veggo. Dairy products I fucking love... but refrain from having any at home except homemade yoghurt. I don't drink milk that doesn't come from cows...
