No shortage of carbs with grits for breakfast 97% of time.
Plus beer, soda, sweet tea.
But : absolute zero for margarine, fake cheese, milk, candy, pastries, pies, cakes, dessert....
But, I cook with pure vegetable oil every day.
I have only eaten about 30 frozen meals in my entire life.
I eat as much black pepper, hot sauce and jalapenos as possible.
THAT'S IT!
It's got to be the black pepper. I inhale that stuff.
