I know the definition of "obscene" is what has people scared since it can be such a broad term. Litterally anything can be classified as "Obscene" in legal terms it is written so broad.
But the best you can do is stay away from the fisting.
The Scat. The Lolita. Even the bukkake (i know how fun it is)
Keep what ever may look "extreme" and above the limits of Hardcore off your sites.
Some of these attorney's have preached for years as to just how hardcore you should go when it comes to your sites.
These limits im a afraid may become more and more clear as the months go by and the crack down occurs..
Best to just keep your eyes and ears open and keep your hands clean of anything that may be a bit more hardcore than the "avarage" site.
