Thanks for the concern. We were beyond lucky. We had no idea bad weather was even coming this way so it was a total surprise at 1:45am in the morning when the power went out and the tornado sirens were going off. Thankfully by chance my little ones were having a sleep over in our basements man cave. They were off the school the next day for the elections and begged to do a movie night downstairs. It was way to close to home and such a scary event. Thankfully we are safe but so many in our community are not as lucky
They have set up make shift morgues at some of the churches and the schools are opened up to house people that lost everything and need help.
