there's no substitute for photoshop. you gotta bite the bullet on that one.
dreamweaver is lame as fuck. learn html or use one of a thousand page builders online. i didn't even know they still sold it lol

i used premiere and sony vegas for many years. i switched to vsdc and haven't looked back. you have to learn it, like anything else, but then you can edit video really fast.
