"getting punked" - lost that client for sure, plus anyone he knows, and likely some future clients lurking here, over 15% of the bill. who got punked? any real-world company would knock 15% off a bill to keep a customer or client happy. ever complain at a restaurant? they'll knock off 50% to keep you off yelp.
