Simple really.
The 30 to 40 mile bike rides were this weekend, Saturday and then Sunday. I also spent a few hours each day working on the front yard. During the week I ride when it's warm and not raining, usually only twenty miles a day during the week, and if I don't ride I try to do some yard work.
I watch Netflix during the day. Usually I find it best when I watch stuff I've already seen while working; New stuff is too distracting. I was watching Miami Vice (which I know by heart). Last week I watched Ozark, and today Tiger King. If I start doing something that it two technical I'll pause it.
As for the weight gain, well, I haven't been to the gym in over a month.

In short... No, not really. I am a highly motivated person; I am also very organized and schedule time properly. I use Amazon lists so I know what needs to be done. My days are pretty regimented - I quit work at 5pm, go for a bike ride, walk the puppy, do yard work, watch TV with my kid (New Girl!), walk the puppy... I go to bed between 10pm and 11pm, always up at 5am. Mornings are the same way - walk the puppy, short work out at home, shower, breakfast, then a few chores... During lunch I walk the dog.
